By purchasing a LoveM8 product or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
LoveM8 provides personalised digital “Love Pages” created from information you submit, including names, messages, photos and other content.
Each Love Page is delivered via:
A private link
A QR code
Optional NFC keychain (Super plan only)
Plans and features are described on our website.
All Love Pages are custom-made based on your submitted content.
Because the product is personalised:
You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.
We are not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect information provided by you.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
The billing information is accurate.
We do not store your payment card details.
Due to the personalised nature of our products:
Love Pages are considered custom digital content.
Once the Love Page has been created and delivered, the order is non-refundable, except in cases of technical error caused by us.
Under UK consumer law, personalised digital goods may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
Digital delivery occurs via:
On-screen confirmation after payment
Email containing the private Love Page link and QR code
Super plan physical items (NFC keychains):

Delivery times may vary
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
By submitting content (photos, messages, names), you confirm that:
You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content.
You grant LoveM8 a limited licence to use the content solely to create and deliver your Love Page.
Love Pages are accessible via a private link containing a unique identifier.
Anyone with access to the link may view the page.
You are responsible for keeping your link private.
We are not liable for unauthorised sharing of your link by third parties.
The LoveM8 brand, website design, layout, and system are the intellectual property of LoveM8.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the website or service without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
LoveM8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to LoveM8.
However, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may suspend the service for maintenance or technical reasons.
