Who you're buying from

LoveM8 is Augusto Grigio, trading as LoveM8. I'm a sole trader, not a registered company.

What you're buying

There are three plans. Basic (£9.90) gives you one photo and no song. Plus (£13.90) gives you three photos and your song. Super (£24.90) gives you three photos, your song, and one NFC keychain — a physical item posted to you.

On the Super plan you can add a second keychain for £9.90.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including any keychain you've added.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta learns that you visited and what you paid — never your name, your email, or anything you wrote on your page. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what's shared and how to change your mind.

Delivery

Your Love Page is digital. It's published as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email you the link and the QR code straight away.

If your plan includes a keychain, it's physical and gets posted to you. We dispatch it the same working day for orders placed by 1pm UK time.

Once it's dispatched, Royal Mail usually delivers within 2–5 working days. That's their estimate, not a promise we make — once your keychain leaves us, the post is in Royal Mail's hands.

We currently deliver keychains within the United Kingdom only.

Cancellations and refunds

Your Love Page is published the moment your payment is confirmed, because that's what you asked for. By agreeing to our terms at checkout, you've told us to start straight away and accepted that this means you lose your normal 14-day right to cancel a digital product.

Because of that, once your page is live we can't offer a refund on it.

The keychain is different: it's a physical item, so you have 14 days to return it for a refund if you haven't used it — just email help@lovem8.com to arrange it.

If anything you receive is faulty — the keychain doesn't work, or your page wasn't built the way you ordered it — we'll always put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Your content

The photos and message you upload stay yours. We don't claim ownership of them.

By uploading them, you're confirming you have the right to use them and to ask us to publish them on your Love Page.

We only use your content to build and serve your Love Page — nothing else.

Complaints and law

If something's wrong, tell us: help@lovem8.com. We read every message and will do our best to sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
